Shipping Policy

📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship New Zealand–wide only.

🚚 Couriers Used

All orders are shipped using:

  • NZ Post / CourierPost, or

  • Pass the Parcel
    (We do not use Aramex.)

🕒 Processing Time

All candles are hand-poured in small batches. 
Candle Cove is a one gal business, who also works 9-5, so please
allow 3–7 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

📦 Packaging

All orders are securely packaged using paper bubble wrap or honeycomb wrap to ensure your candles arrive safely.
We take great care to pack each candle to minimize breakage.

🔍 Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed or messaged to you once your order has been shipped.

🚫 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours, with a photo of the damage.

  • We'll replace or refund the affected item.

If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will follow up with the courier company and arrange a replacement or refund.

🕯️ Warm Weather Shipping

Candles may soften or sweat during very hot weather.
This does not affect the quality of the candle.
