Welcome to Candle Cove. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
    1. Ordering

• Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

• You are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout.

• If incorrect details are supplied, we are not responsible for delayed or lost parcels.

     2. Payment

       We currently only accept Bank transfer as the only payment method.

     3. Product Information

• All candles are hand-poured, so slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal.

• Candle weights may vary slightly due to handmade production.

• Scent strength may differ depending on room size and airflow.

    4. Shipping

    Shipping is available New Zealand–wide only.

    Full shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

    Once a package has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside      our control. We do not use Aramex.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• change of mind

• personal scent preference

• used  candles

   We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• your item arrives damaged

• your parcel is lost by the courier

• you receive the incorrect item

   Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of any       damage or no refund cant be made.

    6. Candle Safety

   By purchasing our products, you agree to follow standard candle safety             guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items

• Trim the wick before each burn

• Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time

   We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unsafe burning             practices.

    7. Photos & Content

    All product images, descriptions, logos, and branding are the property of            Candle Cove
    Please do not copy, repost, or use them without permission.

    8. Privacy

   Any personal information you provide (name, address, email, etc.) is used           only to process your order.
   We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

    9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   Continued use of our website or purchase of our products indicates                     acceptance of the updated terms.
